Sanjeev Yadav, a Rural Management Graduate has been instrumental in establishing Micro Finance operations in North India. He carries more than 25 years of experience in financial sector particularly MSME and small loans. He started his career with CASHPOR as member of founding team and in his last assignment, he was the Chief Operating Officer of NBFC [MSME financing]. His expertise lies in building huge businesses from scratch, managing large teams, key relationship management and handling all the dimensions of the business. Sanjeev also attended various national and international level prestigious training programs including of the Boulder Institute (Italy) for Micro Finance in 2007.
